I am a fan of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Steven Covey. That book changed my life.
During this current period of downtime, I've spent time reading and thinking about the person I want to be when we finally emerge from the other side of the stay at home quarantine. This video is an excellent introduction to Covey's time management approach.
There is something to be said for writing down your goals on paper. Years ago, I developed a printable planner based on Covey's system. You can download it here
